Tuition fees for online degrees
This page is dedicated to guiding you through the tuition fees for our online degrees.
For UK students, the total amount of your tuition fees will be the same, whether you choose full or part-time study.
UK students are eligible to apply for government student loans.
You can pay module by module, or in full at the start of your studies.
If you choose to pay in full, you’ll receive a 15% reduction on your total tuition fees.
To confirm your place, your first payment – whether for your first module(s) or the full course – must be made at least 7 days before your start date.

Simple, flexible payment options
At Walbrook, you can choose to:
Pay in full before you start your course (and receive a 15% reduction on your total tuition fees) or,
Pay per module, based on your chosen study mode (full-time or part-time).
If you choose to pay per module, your payment schedule will match the study mode you select during your application. If things change later, you can switch between full-time and part-time – and we’ll adjust your payment plan to match.
Pay-per-module: who needs to pay and when
Unless you're paying for your programme upfront, you’ll need to pay for your first module upfront to secure your place. This first module payment is not an additional cost – it counts toward your total tuition fee.
What to expect:
Once your unconditional offer is confirmed, we’ll send a payment request by email. You must pay:
within 90 days of receiving the request, and
at least 7 days before your chosen start month.
If you miss the deadline, your place will be deferred to the next available month.
After your first module, you’ll continue to pay for each new module before you begin studying it.
Full-time study
Initial payment: you’ll pay for two modules upfront to secure your place.
Ongoing payments: these may be due every module or every two modules – we’ll confirm the full schedule when you enrol.
Part-time study
Initial payment: you’ll pay for one module at a time, before each one starts.
7-day rule: your payment for the next module must be made at least 7 days before it begins.
How to pay your tuition fees
Paying for your studies should be as straightforward as possible. Whether you're using a loan, self-funding, or being supported by an employer, here’s what you need to know.

Postgraduate Master’s loan
If you qualify for a Postgraduate Master’s Loan, the government will pay the loan into your bank account. It’s your responsibility to arrange payments to us.
What to expect:
Applying for a loan: submit your loan application through your regional student finance body at least 6-8 weeks before your chosen start date to avoid delays. Ensure you borrow enough to cover both tuition fees and any living costs.
Payment schedule: loan payments are typically split into three instalments, with your first payment arriving once we’ve confirmed you’ve started your studies. Check your payment dates to plan ahead.
Paying for your first module: to officially be enrolled on your course, you’ll need to pay for your first module to accept your unconditional offer. Since the first module payment will only be made after you’ve started your course, you’ll need to plan for this payment separately. You’ll have 90 days to pay for your first module, and you need to make it at least 7 days before your start date – otherwise, your start will be deferred to the next available intake.

Making direct payments
If you’re funding your studies yourself, or using a Master's Loan to pay for your course, we offer payment options to suit your circumstances. As part of securing your place, you’ll need to make a a payment before your course starts.

Employer-funded
Many employers are happy to invest in their employees' professional development by covering tuition fees.
