About the ceremony

Our Graduation and Presentation Ceremony for 2023 took place on Friday 20 October, at the historic Guildhall in London. This remarkable event marked the graduation of over 120 students from our Professional Education and Higher Education programmes. It was a joyous occasion where our students, their families, our dedicated staff, and esteemed faculty members gathered to celebrate the academic accomplishments of our graduating students.

During this ceremony, we had the honour of awarding honorary master's degrees to two outstanding individuals, Sarah Breeden, Executive Director for Financial Stability Strategy and Risk at the Bank of England, and Joanna Elson CBE, Chief Executive Officer of Independent Age. Additionally, we bestowed a Fellowship upon Dr Ahmed Al Shaikh, the CEO of the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance.

For those who couldn't attend in-person, the ceremony was livestreamed, allowing you to watch inspiring speeches, witness the students' triumphant moments on stage, and enjoy the presentation of student recognition prizes. You can also find a gallery of photos captured on this memorable day below.

  • Talk to real people and design inclusive solutions
As a society we need our service providers – public and private - to talk to real people and design inclusive solutions, so that the poor don’t pay more. If you find yourself in one of these sectors, please take note…
