About your graduation venue
Venue: The Great Hall, Guildhall, London, EC2V 7HH
Your ceremony takes place in the Great Hall at London’s Guildhall – a historic setting at the heart of the City.
With its soaring arches and stained-glass windows, the hall has hosted monarchs, mayors, and momentous occasions since the 12th century. It’s a fitting backdrop to celebrate your own achievements – and to reflect the ambition and progress that our graduates carry into their futures.

Graduation day essentials
Below you'll find essential information on gown hire, photography, visas, and live streaming to ensure a seamless graduation day experience.
Gown hire and dress code
Gown hire and photography are managed exclusively by Ede & Ravenscroft (enter institution name: LIBF).
Academic gowns must be worn by all higher education students (except graduates of our Chartered Associate Programme).
Professional Education students are not required to wear a gown and should wear smart attire on the day.
Visas
Check the UK Government guidelines to see if you or your guests need a visa to travel to London.
If you or your guests do need a visa, you’ll need a visa support letter from us. To request one, please complete our visa letter application form.
For help regarding visa letters, please contact us at graduation@walbrook.ac.uk.
Live streaming and event photography
The ceremony will be live streamed on our Youtube channel.
The livestream will be available to view as a recording after the event.
Photography packages are optional extras.
Consent for videography and photography
Our team will capture photos and video during the day to share on our social media channels.
If you or your guests prefer not to be photographed, please let a member of staff know on the day.
Graduation is a milestone to be shared. If you can’t be with us in London, you can still join the celebration through our official livestream. You’ll be able to watch your loved one cross the stage, hear the inspiring speeches, and be part of the excitement in real time.
We’ll add the livestream link to this page closer to the ceremony, and it will also be sent to all graduating students a few days beforehand – so they can easily share it with friends and family around the world.
