How to apply: International students
Follow these steps if you're applying as an international student to study a master's degree on campus at Walbrook Institute London. This route is for students who will need a visa or do not qualify for UK home fee status – including those currently living in the UK on a temporary visa.
Please note: to start in October 2025, you must apply by 17 September 2025.

1. Choose your degree
Explore our on-campus MSc programmes and choose the one that aligns with your goals.
You’ll study face to face at our central London campus – surrounded by opportunity, industry links, and a global student community.

2. Check you meet the eligibility requirements
Before applying, check that you meet the entry requirements. For our MSc Business and Management degrees, these include:
A 2:2 undergraduate degree or international equivalent
Proof of English language proficiency (e.g. IELTS, TOEFL, or equivalent)

3. Apply via our international application portal
Ready? Great! Apply through our secure international application portal, which is managed by our trusted service provider.

4. Upload your documents and complete your interview
If you didn’t upload proof of eligibility to study as part of your online application, you’ll be asked to provide the following:
academic transcripts and certificates
proof of English (if applicable)
a valid ID (passport or national ID)
financial information, showing how you’ll fund your studies and living costs.
Interview
At this stage, you’ll also be invited to a short video interview. This helps us confirm your readiness to study and is part of our verification process. Our service provider will guide you through the process and remind you if anything else is required.

5. Receive your offer and make your first tuition fee payment
Once your documents have been reviewed and your interview completed, we’ll send you an unconditional offer if you meet all the entry criteria.
To secure your place, you’ll need to make your first tuition payment of £10,000. This amount is credited toward your full tuition fee.

6. Receive your CAS
After we confirm your payment, we’ll issue your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS). This is a required document for your UK student visa application.
Your CAS will be uploaded to your application portal. Check it carefully – you’ll use the reference number during your visa process.

7. Apply for your UK student visa
As soon as you receive your CAS, you should begin your UK student visa application through UKVI. You’ll need to provide your CAS number and supporting documentation, and allow enough time for your visa to be processed before your course starts.

8. Officially enrol as a Walbrook student
Once your visa is approved, we’ll invite you to complete your registration. This includes uploading proof of ID and completing your HESA (Higher Education Statistics Agency) form.
When you arrive in the UK:
You’ll attend an in-person appointment on campus
We’ll check your visa and final documents
You’ll receive your induction information and timetable

Preparing to move to the UK
Once your visa is approved and registration is complete, you can start planning your arrival in the UK. Here are a few things to organise before your course begins:

2. Check you meet the eligibility requirements
Before applying, check that you meet the entry requirements. To apply for our MSc Business and Management degrees as a UK students, you'll need:
A 2:2 undergraduate degree or international equivalent
Proof of English language proficiency (only if your degree wasn’t taught in English)

4. Upload your documents
If you didn’t upload proof of eligibility to study as part of your online application, you’ll be asked to provide the following:
your degree certificate or academic transcript.
any other supporting documents.
We’ll contact you if anything’s missing or unclear.

5. Receive your offer and make your first tuition fee payment
If your application is successful, you’ll receive an unconditional offer by email.
To confirm your place, you’ll need to pay 33% of your tuition fee as your first instalment. This confirms your enrolment and is deducted from your overall course fee. We’ll send you the payment instructions when your offer is issued.

8. Officially enrol as a Walbrook student
Once your visa is approved, we’ll invite you to complete your registration. This includes uploading proof of ID and completing your HESA (Higher Education Statistics Agency) form.
