A flexible structure designed from the ground up for online learning

A group of Walbrook students studying their business courses from a laptop in London.

Our 100% online programmes are built for busy professionals – designed to fit the realities of working life. Unlike traditional courses adapted for online students, Walbrook degree courses are created for digital from day one, giving you a user-friendly learning environment and the confidence to focus on what matters: your education and your career.

With 12 start dates a year, you can begin within weeks. Part-time students will study one module at a time, while full-time students start a new module every four weeks – keeping your progress steady and focused.

You'll always study alongside a cohort of students, while engaging with interactive online learning content. It’s a smarter way to study online – flexible and designed to move your career forward.

I like that there’s pacing built in to keep you on track, but also the flexibility to fit around work, life and kids! It’s good to see the module structure ahead of time and know what assessments are coming up, and I’ve enjoyed the variety, from discussion posts to video presentations and reports. The discussion forums are great, as you learn a lot from peers, and the lecturers interact too so you know you’re on the right track.

What is online learning? How online learning works

Online learning is a structured way to study through a digital online environment instead of a physical classroom. You’ll work through weekly activities, short learning materials, and applied tasks, with feedback and guidance from academics.

You’ll learn independently and with your cohort: reading, watching short videos, contributing to discussions, completing practical tasks, and completing assignments online.

Good online learning isn’t a set of long recorded lectures – it’s built for digital from day one, with content designed to be used on your laptop or mobile and applied to real work.
