Once you’re enrolled, you’ll be supported by teams dedicated to ensuring you make the most of your learning experience and can navigate any challenges. When you begin your studies, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Student Success Coordinator. They’ll be your first point of contact throughout your degree – providing proactive encouragement, helping you stay motivated, and signposting you to the right support when needed.
Student Success Coordinators are here to make sure you never feel stuck. If you need help with assessments, access, or general concerns, your SSC will guide you on what to do next.
Your SSC can connect you with a range of specialist support services, including:
Library and IT resources: for research support, study materials and technical help.
Inclusion services: for guidance on reasonable adjustments and accessibility.
Wellbeing: for confidential support during personal challenges.
Student funding and welfare: for practical advice and financial guidance.
