Foundations of Payments and Cash Management (FPCM)

  • Core payment types, and future developments, e.g. real-time payments, DLT and Digital Currencies 

  • The economic value and systemic importance of payments 

  • Channels, connectivity and treasury management 

  • Information reporting, liquidity management and financial tools 

Unit 2

Regulation, Risk and Compliance within Payments and Cash Management (RPCM)  

  • Technical standards, payment regulation and compliance 

  • Financial crime, sanctions and ethics 

  • Data protection, risk management and system security associated within the treasury and payments industry

Studying

What study materials do I get?

Assessments

CPCM is assessed through a single 85-minute objective exam, split into two units.

  • Unit 1: 35 multiple-choice questions (40 mins)

  • Unit 2: 25 multiple-choice questions and two case studies each with five linked questions (45 mins)


Your first exam is included in the registration fee. If you need to retake an exam a resit fee will be payable.
