Eligibility: The prize draw is open to individuals who have been invited to complete the survey. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Entry: To enter the prize draw, you must complete the survey in full. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Prize: One winner will be selected at random to receive a £50 Amazon voucher. No cash alternative is available.
Closing date: The survey and prize draw will close at 5.30pm on 31 May 2025. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.
Winner selection and notification: The winner will be chosen at random within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be contacted by email using the details provided when they were originally contacted to take part. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to select a new winner.
The survey is anonymous. To enter the prize draw, we’ll ask for your name and email address so we can contact the winner. This information will not be linked to your survey responses and will not be used for any other purpose. For more details, please see our privacy policy
